Other details have been revealed regarding the seizure of 18 thousand euros, suspected to be counterfeit.

It is learned that Alesio Brungaj is suspected of being the person from Shkodra who had ordered the amounts of counterfeit euros that were to be put into circulation in Shkodra and Montenegro.

Serxhio Lala and Enis Aliaj, as well as the 17-year-old arrested, are suspected of selling counterfeit euros through TikTok pages, where they also communicated with the young man from Shkodra through messages on this social network.

The Economic Crime Unit has several reports against the 17-year-old as this is not his first case in this scheme.

The arrested have refused to speak, while the police continue their investigations to identify the people behind the counterfeit banknotes. There are suspicions that the minor and the young people arrested are being used by other people to distribute counterfeit euros.

The amount ordered was 18 thousand euros, in various denominations.
