SPAK issued an official announcement about the mega-operation that took place this Monday. After SPAK's investigation, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime imposed security measures on 21 people, including members of the criminal organization, a senior police official, a judge on duty during the criminal activity, a lawyer and two journalists.

The names of the 21 people are: Marjus Lulaj (alias Suel Çela), Mario Çela, Jhino Roka, Klaus Matishi (alias Klaus Çopja alias Kledjan Çopja), Sergej Hasanpapaj, Bruno Hazizolli, Ledio Zabeli, Marcel Roka, Ado Xhika (alias Elkier Cerriku alias Ado Cerriku), Preke Kodra, Fuad Verzivolli, Metin Mehja, Renato Hasani, Skender Sufaj, Pajtime Fetah, Dedan Gjoni, Marcel Shega (alias Bujar Shega), Hajdar Lala (alias Hajdar Xaka alias Hajdar Sefa), Blerina Beqiri, E. Q and AH

According to the file, the arrested former judge Pajtime Fetah ordered the gangs of Elbasan to beat and physically eliminate the leader of the Stop Show, the journalist Saimir Kodra, who denounced the judge's connections with organized crime as well as her corrupt decisions.

One of the crime figures placed a SkyEcc phone at the disposal of the judge, who through this phone communicated with other crime figures, ordering the beating of journalist Kodra.

To carry out the crime, the judge engaged Endri and Klejdi Çopja, members of the Çopja gang in Elbasan.

The crime was not carried out because the criminal group could not find Saimir Kodra. In addition to the revenge against Saimir Kodra, judge Fetahu is suspected of ordering the beating of a well-known lawyer, a friend of the investigative journalist Saimir Kodra, host of the show Stop.

There are strong suspicions that the Çopja gang also received orders for the barbaric rape of journalist Gjergj Zefi.

It is the first time that a man of justice engages organized crime to attack journalists. Such an act has not been heard even in Mexico or Colombia.

He took bundles of euros and a gold coin for his granddaughter, as the Čopjat bribed judge Pajtime Fetahu

SPAK's investigations into the Çopja criminal group, in a previous file, also revealed the gang's ties to the justice system. The former judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu, is accused of taking bribes of 11,000 euros and a gold coin. He asked the criminal group to buy him a mobile phone.

In addition to penetrating the ranks of the police, the Çopja criminal group also had their confidants in the ranks of the justice system.

According to SPAK's investigations and the communications revealed in the SKY ECC application, it has been learned that the justice functionary, who resigned from her position on the eve of the vetting, has kept in contact with the members of the Çopja group through the citizen Arzen Mama, with whom the judge had friendly relationship.

In conversations, the members of the Çopja group refer to the judge with the nickname "koshija". Arzen Mama has used these recognitions to obtain from the former judge Pajtime Fetahu, data and information related to the files she had in the investigation and trial where as a result the investigators Qosja and Mama have given benefits to the citizen Pajtime Fetahu irregular.

In addition to the information conveyed to the Çopja group about the imposition of the security measure "Arrest with prison" for their opponent Erion Alibej on September 18, 2020 before the decision was executed, the judge was asked by citizen Mikael Qosja through citizen Arzen Mama that it influences and helps in facilitating the procedural position of the members of the Çopja group, specifically citizens Ervis Daka and Altin Kamami.

According to SPAK, it has been documented that in at least two cases, Judge Fetahu received from the citizen Mikael Kamami (Qosja) through the citizen Arzen Mama monetary sums as unfair benefits, 10,000 Euros, 1,000 Euros and a gold coin as a gift for the newborn granddaughter.

The judge danced in Suel Çela's bar

In 2021, Pajtime Fetahu appeared dancing in the bar of Suel Çela, a character with files, of the underworld, subject of OFL and justice.

Judge Pajtime Fetahu, as seen in a video, dances in one of the biggest dens of crime in Elbasan, precisely in Suel Çela's bar, which the judge has judged before.

On January 22, 2008, Pajtime Fetahu participated in the closing of a file with the defendant Suel Çela, accused by the prosecution of premeditated murder and illegal possession of military weapons.

By openly violating the code of ethics and in violation of the law on the status of the magistrate, judge Pajtime Fetahu goes and dances in the bar of the person who judged her.

There are strong suspicions that even the bar where Judge Fetahu dances was built with drug money, since Suel Çela was subject to OFL. The key also came out in the confessions of Nuredin Duman in the schemes of killing paid opponents./ Prapaskena
