" At around 2:10 p.m., on the secondary road "Kavajë-Mali i Robit", the vehicle driven by citizen SK, 29 years old, collided with the bicycle driven by citizen YL, about 80 years old.

The YL citizen lost his life in the collision, while the 29-year-old was escorted to the Police Station, for further procedural actions.
