A 55-year-old man was arrested in Mat, after he was wanted for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

From the preliminary data, it is known that the services of the Dibër Police Station, in cooperation with Mati, have organized the work to capture and bring before the legal responsibility the citizen with the initials NC, resident in the village of Stojan, Mati.

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Dibër, has decided against the 55-year-old, the security measure "Arrest with prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

In 2023, within the police operation coded "Stojani", this citizen, in cooperation with two others, are the authors of a case of cultivation and production of an amount of 3.3 kg of cannabis, in the village of Stojan, seized on the day of the operation by police.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, i.e. the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Dibër, for further actions.
