Benardo Doçi was arrested in the act yesterday in the premises of a bar in the beach area in district 13, by the Serious Crimes Sector in Durrës.
His arrest was made at the moment that Bekim Xhaferi, when the Albanian born in the USA was giving him the amount of money.
After reporting to the police, work was organized to set up a meeting so that the arrest could be carried out in flagrante delicto, while taking the money from Xhafer in the form of a fine.
It is learned that when Doçi saw the crime agents who approached him, he did not resist. Unjustly and at different times, he had threatened Xeffer to give him 5 thousand dollars.
The 25-year-old is accused of the criminal offense of coercion by means of threats or violence to give away property. Doçi was previously investigated for other criminal offences.
