New details are revealed regarding the arrest of the director of the Local Inspectorate of Territory Protection in Kurbin, Jetmir Muzhika, and the former director of the Inspectorate of Territory Protection in Lezhë, Flori Gjini, currently Director of the Post Branch.
Jetmir Muzhika has allowed the construction of the Gëzim Çela complex in Patok. It is about the 'Royal Blue' complex owned by the drug baron, who has been arrested for months. It is learned that the complex is in the name of Fatjon Frangaj.
We remind you that all the inspectors have been suspended thanks to the investigations started for construction without permission in the area of Patok.
IVMT officials and the former head of IKMT are accused of "Misuse of Duty", as according to the prosecution, with their inaction, they allowed constructions in the protected area of Patok and illegally took inerts from the Mat River.
According to the prosecutor's office, the officials abused their duty by not acting to stop constructions without permission and the use of inert materials of the Mat River.
