The file of Svetlana Timofeeva, Fedir Alpatov and Mikhail Zorin, two Russians and a Ukrainian, accused of being collaborators of the Russian secret services operating outside the territory of the Russian Federal Republic, captured in the former arms factory in Gramsh, is cleared.
In his testimony, Chemistry student Mikhail Zorin stated that he worked at a research center in Moscow. In March 2021, he received a call on his cell phone, from a Russian phone number, and after he opened it, it was a woman who introduced herself as an employee of the FSB secretariat.
She asked him if he could go to the main FSB building in Moscow in a few days. This building is located on Lubyanka Square in Moscow. He went there, presented himself at the reception, presented his passport and told her that he has an appointment.
There, guards from the Rosgvardia force took him to an office. There he used an elevator and as far as he remembers they were on the fifth floor. At the office, he remembers that there was an information plate with the person's name, specifically: VLADIMIR GENNADIEVICH (father's name) PETROV (surname).
He was alone in the office and there they talked. The declarant clarifies that Vladimir Petrov told him that he had read his records and there he had seen that he had been accompanied to the police on other occasions for taking pictures of abandoned places and he knew about his hobby, which is exploration urban.
He also knew about his participation in the January protest and if he didn't want any more trouble such as arrests, etc., he suggested that he work for the FSB and specifically he told him: If you don't look for trouble, we can create a lot of trouble for you. your work or when you travel abroad, so it will be better if you work for us.
There he showed the declarant some of his photographs and said: We know that you are the one who takes these photographs, therefore the declarant should cooperate by signing some papers. The letter he signed was only one, and it stated that Mikhail Zorin was not an FSB employee, but would work with them and keep them informed. Also they would ask him at various times to do work for them.
So it was only written that Mikhail Zorin would cooperate. After signing, they told him that they would contact him through the Telegram app, so he should check Telegram often. Mikhail Zorin has Telegram open with his phone number. The declarant explains that this communication works in this way: Mikhail Zorin has Telegram and they can send him messages with a hidden number, so the number is not visible and he only reads the message to which he can reply. After they delete the conversation, Mikhail Zorin can't contact them again because he doesn't have the number.
Mikhail Zorin continues with the statement clarifying that, in May 2021, he decides to leave his job at the research center and go to Prague, Czech Republic in order to complete his studies. He first applied online on the GoStudy website and then he received a Telegram message from the FSB, saying: We are from VLADIMIR GENNADIEVICH, we know that you have applied for studies in the Czech Republic and we would like to make a questions to do something about us.
Mikhail Zorin answered him, asking what work he will do. Where the FSB's response was that if he were to cross the border or fly to the Czech Republic, he would have to confirm that he would be performing a task for the FSB. Mikhail Zorin replied "Ok" to you and took the next task of the messages, which was to make a photo summary of military facilities in their current state. He had 3 months to complete this task, after arriving in Prague. After three months they will contact the declarant to send the archived/zipped (compressed) photos via Telegram.
The declarant booked the ticket and traveled to Prague on October 22, 2021 with the Czech Airlines company from Moscow to Prague. He cut the ticket himself and his parents gave him money in hand so that he could have it for living. After arriving in Prague, he started learning the Czech language at the GoStudy school, which was located in District 5 (Prague 5) in the city of Prague, on Vltavska street.
Emri i kompanisë quhet ‘Shameless.CZ”.
He crossed the border to Albania on July 30, 2022 by bicycle, stayed one night in Shkodër at River Camping, by the river in the Baçallek neighborhood, behind Avullia Oil, and then headed to Tirana. On the way, both wheels of his bicycle were punctured, so he took a taxi to Tirana. The taxi cost 7,000 lek, which he paid in cash. I had Albanian lek, because he had exchanged them in Shkodër. All the money was his, the FSB did not sponsor him at all. He explains that, if they had sponsored him, he would have taken a car. In Tirana, he stayed three nights in a room in a small apartment which he got on AirBnb and paid with a credit card the amount of 400 Czech crowns, about 16 euros per night.
He stayed alone in the room. In Tirana he visited several museums, BunkART 1 and 2, went on a bicycle tour visiting bars, restaurants, the castle and the city in general. In Tirana, he also repaired the bicycle on the first day. After three nights in the apartments in Tirana, Mikhail Zorin stayed in a campsite in Tirana, the "Dajti" campsite, for two nights. During these days near Bovilla lake, having seen it on the map and thought to look at it, as I had read that there was a lookout point.
He was alone in Boville. After that he went by bike to Elbasan, Pogradec, Maliq, Korçë and then returned to Moglica. He chose a route through the mountains to Çorovodë, because it was the shortest route. After that he went to Berat where he stayed in a hostel and then to Vlora. In Vlora, stay one night at the "Eco Camping" campsite, which is about 2 kilometers north of Vlora. After Vlora, he went to Saranda, from Llogaraja. He stayed one night in Gjipe. On the way to Saranda, he slept alone, in his tent that he had with him.
In Saranda, he took the bus to Durrës, where he would meet Fedor and Svetlana. While he was in Albania he contacted Fedor and Svetlana who had expressed their desire to join him in Albania. Fedori arrived from Italy by ferry on August 18 and Svetlana on August 17 by plane from Tbilisi, Georgia./ Top Channel
