The repentant justice Nuredin Dumani, has confessed in the next session today at the GJKKO how he carried out the assassination attempt on Dorian Shkoza shortly before the outbreak of the pandemic, in 2020 in Durrës.

Dumani said that he had borrowed the "Benz" car from Çapja, telling him that he needed it for an assassination, but without telling him the name of the target.
"I told Erjon Alibej that Eljo Bitri would be Dorjan Shkoza's shooter. Eljo Bitri had never met Alibej before. Florenc Çapja gave me the car that I used in the murder of Dorian Shkoza. He gave it to me at 'Bishti Zhuri'. I asked him to borrow it. It was a dark or black "Blue Benz". It had no black windows. I told Florenc Çapja that I needed a car for an assassination, but not for whom. He saw the incident on TV when the burnt car was found. He wrote to me on the Sky Ecc application. I have spoken to Çapja several times on Sky. The last time I spoke was when Ardjan Çapja was injured. After this incident ," said Dumani.
He further explained the circumstances of how he acted before the assassination attempt in Durrës.
"Half an hour before the event, I sat at a cafe called "Kafe Mevlani" about 100 meters from the place where the murder took place. Anxhelo Avdia was there, but then he left. From the cafe, when you get to the road, you can see Dorian Shkoza's service. The service from the scene is about 100-200 meters away. On the left side is the service and the cafe. My house is close to Shkoza's service. Asllan Plaku told me that Dorian Shkoza was disconnected from the service for a moment. We communicated with Plaku by simple phone. At a place called "Valuta" we bought 3 phones, Klevis or Asllan bought them, I don't remember exactly. I gave him 200-300 euros. The phones were bought so that we could communicate about Dorian Shkoza. I spoke with Henriku about this event on Sky and with Eljo. Eljo and Henriku were both together ," Dumani testified.
