Two files concerning two serious criminal events have been merged into one, following strong indications that members of the same criminal group are hiding in Shkodra.
The incident is about the October 30, 2024, incident in Dobraç, where 4 people were killed, and the other incident that occurred in August 2024, in the Vau i Dejës area, where during a shooting spree, an attempt was made to kill the two brothers Andrea and Sandër Prendi.
"Ora News" has learned that the two people who were in the armored "Audi", Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, were wanted by the police for this incident in August. But a few days after the incident, they reported to the Shkodra police, where after giving explanations, they were released again.
The decision to merge the two files was initially made by the Shkodra prosecution and then SPAK, which is now investigating the criminal events in a single case.
SPAK and the Shkodra police have raised suspicions that Izmir Sakicaj, Samuel Troshani, and other persons belonging to the "Bajri-Bilali" criminal alliance were involved in these two events.
Although when the "Dobraç" massacre occurred, Astmer Bilali was in isolation in the Reç prison, the police conducted a search of his cell in this prison.
During the search, Bilal's mobile phone was found and seized, which has already been sent for laboratory testing at SPAK, in the hope of finding evidence.
