New details have come to light regarding the massacre in Shkodër where three people lost their lives while an elderly man was seriously injured.
The police of Shkodra have announced the search for two people in connection with the massacre of Dobraç where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were executed with a volley of bullets, while Flutura Basha died after being hit together with her husband by the S Class vehicle that was being driven by the victims.
Sources indicate that Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani are being sought, both known as members of the Bajra group, a family with which the Lice had violent clashes for years, producing several victims.
Sakica and Troshani are also wanted for another incident that happened earlier on August 23 in Bushat of Shkodra, where it is suspected that there was an exchange of fire between them and the 2 brothers Andrea and Sandër Prendi.
Meanwhile, RENEA is still in the northern city, which is combing the area for the arrest of wanted persons. The police are also examining the security cameras, not only in the vicinity of the area, but also in other neighborhoods of the city.
How did the assassination happen?
The assassination took place on October 30, 2024 on the road 'Shkodër - Koplik' in the area of Dobraç. Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling in a Benz C-Class with French license plates when they were shot with automatic bursts from a car. Lici, who was on the driver's side, seems to have lost control and crashed into the motorcycle where citizen Flutura Basha, 56 years old, and her husband Bashkim Basha were traveling. The woman died on the spot, while her husband remains seriously injured.
In the victim's car, the police found three pistols, one of Bushati's, the cartridges of which were found inside, another of Lici's, near the legs, and a third one on the dashboard, which is suspected to belong to the person who escaped. While in the burned car of the perpetrators, 2 automatic weapons were found, the same ones that were used in the assassination.
