A 34-year-old teacher by profession has been arrested by the police in Elbasan, after being accused of threatening a person under the pretense of damaging his reputation as an educator.
It is learned that the conflict between the teacher and the parent happened because the teacher behaved unprofessionally with the students in the classroom, exerting constant psychological pressure on them.
The case was registered in the village of Jagodinë and according to what the police explained, the injured person claims that gasoline was thrown in his direction by the teacher.
Meanwhile, after this conflict, ZVA Elbasan suspended the teacher from his position at the moment that all the parents have shown complaints and incompatibility with the way he behaved in the classroom.
"Following the information provided yesterday, regarding the threat of the citizen IK, we inform you that from the further investigations carried out by the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Elbasan Police Station, in order to clarify the circumstances of this case, it was found that the author suspect, citizen EK, 34 years old, teacher by profession, threatened citizen IK, because he claims that the latter has damaged his image as a teacher. Further, in his statement, the citizen IK claims that in addition to verbal threats, the 34-year-old threw a canister of fuel (gasoline) at him, which he took in the vehicle. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution of Elbasan, to continue the investigations for the criminal offenses "Intimidation" and "Self-judgment ", according to the police announcement.
