A 61-year-old Armenian man was caught at the Border Crossing Point in Qafë Bote, after trying to enter Albania.
The 61-year-old was declared internationally wanted by the Russian authorities for 12 years.
The court of Solnechnogorsk in Moscow, with the decision dated 25.05.2012, assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by the Criminal Code of Russia.

- K. Sh., 61 years old, with Armenian citizenship and residence in Greece.
