The Court of Appeal has left in prison the 4 arrested for the murder of Aureljo Dervish in Shkoza on March 31.
They are charged with murder in collaboration.
For the incident, the police arrested 4 people, among them 3 minors aged 15 and 16. Francis Shahu, 20 years old, together with his 2 cousins, 16 years old, and a 15-year-old boy had a conflict around 10:00 p.m. on March 31, near the Shkoza district, with Aurelio Dervish and his 2 friends, since in the car they had a 16-year-old girl who used to be the girlfriend of one of their friends.
The fight with fists was followed by the one with knives from the injury of which Aurelio Dervishi died. The police suspect that the cutting tool was used by the 15-year-old encouraged by older friends.
Investigations are being deepened for other people involved in the event and to understand which of the parties requested the confrontation.
