He has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Nezir and Gentjan Beqiri in Elbasan.
The much-wanted Florenc Çapja has been extradited from Dubai. He recently landed in Rinas, where numerous police forces have arrived to escort him to Tirana.
The released footage shows a large presence of RENEA forces, who quickly put him in a van. The moment of his escort at Dubai airport is also visible.
Meanwhile, a photo of him has been published, showing how he has changed. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Nezir and Gentjan Beqiri in Elbasan.
" As a result of the exchange of information and coordination of actions, with partners of the State Police, through INTERPOL structures, within the framework of the next phase of the international police operation codenamed "The Wanted", the arrest for the second time in Dubai and the extradition to Albania of the internationally wanted, highly dangerous citizen F. Ç., 44 years old, born in Elbasan, was successfully finalized.
The 44-year-old is under the security measure "Arrest in prison", by the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2022, for the criminal offense "Providing conditions and means to commit murder", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group, as well as by the Elbasan Court, in 2021, for the criminal offenses "Murder under qualifying circumstances", committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
The extradition of the highly sought-after citizen F. Ç., proof of the very good cooperation of the State Police with international partners.
"The State Police remains maximally committed to continuing police operations with the objective of locating, capturing and arresting, with the aim of extraditing, citizens declared internationally wanted ," the police announced.
