There is a handicap for the way SPAK trusts those who repent of justice, said journalist Elton Qyno in "Top Story", showing cases where witnesses have lied to prosecutors.
The young Klevis Alla, as a repentant justice, has lied in six of his testimonies before the prosecutors, according to Qynos.
"He was the first witness who lied in all six records, he lied to the prosecutors of Durrës and SPAK. He surrendered himself, but before surrendering he had a meeting with Duman at home. When SPAK prosecutors asked him why he lied, he said that he threatened Nuredin Dumani.
Alla, on purpose, has hidden some of the characters of the crime and has shown only a part of them, the analyst added.
"He told about murder and he didn't tell Henkrik Hoxha or Duman, but Talo Çela and other characters. It was a witness to raise other events."
Ex-prosecutor Eugent Beci explained the law for those who repent of justice. The penitent has 30 days to confess. In the first case when the prosecution proves that the repentant has hidden or distorted the truth, the agreement is broken.
"You have to give explanations for every event you have, with a condition that you have to tell them within 30 days, according to the law. There is no adding flour and adding water. If it turns out to be a different episode, the deal is off. You can't keep it for two years. Repentance means a person who will tell everything and if he doesn't tell them within 30 days, it means that he is making them up, or he doesn't know them well, or he has other intentions", he said.
