In the video published by "WebLajm" the moment when he arrives at the hospital is seen. There he is seen getting out of an ambulance and it looks like he has his hands free. So the escort squad seems to have underestimated his ability, although he is accused of being involved in 4 or 5 murders.
Ndoci was escorted from the Durrës detention center to the city's Regional Hospital, to undergo a medical examination in the infectious disease ward, on the third floor of the hospital, which also has a special security ward for convicts. From the prison to the hospital, Ndoci was escorted by 5 police officers, the driver and 4 officers, but 2 of the officers stayed in the car with the driver and 2 other police officers accompanied him inside the hospital.
During the visit, Ndoci asked to go to the toilet and one of the prison officers accompanied him. At this moment, when he had just left the toilet, Ndoci hit the officer in the stomach and quickly left.
