Renato Hoxhaj, 58, was found shot to death near his apartment in Vlora on Sunday morning.
It is learned that the incident occurred around 6:00 in the morning when the 58-year-old was returning after finishing work as a guard at a nearby construction site.
He was shot at close range, on the stairs at the entrance to the apartment. The victim was shot three times with a pistol, two bullets hitting him in the head and one in the chest. His roommate heard the shots and called the police.
