A 29-year-old man has been arrested by police after, in collaboration with two of his friends, they raped a 30-year-old man with hard objects in Pogradec.
According to the police, David Prifti was arrested.
"1 citizen wanted for the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration, has been arrested and detained.
As a result of continuous checks to locate and apprehend wanted citizens, based on information provided by intelligence, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Pogradec Police Commissariat in cooperation with the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Police Commissariat No. 4 in Tirana have located, apprehended and detained the citizen: DP, 29 years old, resident of Pogradec, for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury", committed in collaboration.
This citizen was declared wanted, as it is suspected that on 16.04.2025, in the village of Buçimas, Pogradec, together with citizens EA and NA, they hit citizen Dh. B., 30 years old, with hard objects, causing bodily harm, for weak motives.

"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action," the police announced.
