The vehicles of Ardi Cara, Arjan Dukaj and the 22-year-old taken hostage by them collided in an alley near Kodra e Prifti in Tirana.

Cara and Dukaj asked the young man for 30 thousand new lek for the alleged damage caused by his car, but he refused to pay.

 At this moment, both of them started to rape him by shooting the 22-year-old man, whom they drove into a car and refused to let him go without giving them money.

 Sources close to the police say that the young man was held for almost an hour in the car and was released only after he gave them the money. The damages caused to Dukaj e Cara's car are small scratches, while the two in the fight broke the glass of the 22-year-old's car.
