A 27-year-old man was arrested by the Tirana police for stalking. It is learned that the young man had been stalking a 29-year-old girl for a year.
The Court of First Instance in Tirana has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Stalking".
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance for further actions.
"He stalked a citizen, for 1 year, was caught and put in handcuffs, by the structures of Police Commissioner No. 1, the 27-year-old.
In implementation of the measures drawn up within the police mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", the structures of the Police Station No. 1, based on the information provided in the operative way, on the location of a citizen in search, have intensified the controls for his capture and putting him before the legal responsibility.
As a result, a RI citizen, 27 years old, resident of Maqellare, Dibër, was caught and detained on Elbasan Street.
