A conflict between two people was recorded today on Ndre Mjeda street in Tirana.
The cause of the conflict was an amount of money that one of them had borrowed from the other.
As soon as one of them came out of a bar, he was punched while the aggressor then quickly left through the alleys of the area.
The injured party claims that he owed the person who punched him the sum of 30,000 euros.
The latter in the ongoing debate, refusing to pay off the debt, hit him and left.
Meanwhile, the person who suffered the violence did not agree to file a complaint.
The incident was reported to the police by the people who were present.
