The police have arrested 34-year-old Kristjan Thaçi, the author of the wounding of father and son in Tirana.
Thaçi injured Arbe and Marjo Miha, respectively 60 and 21 years old. It is learned that the fight happened for weak motives as Thaçi claimed that his two neighbors made a lot of noise in the building. Kristjan Thaçi was known as a problematic person in the area.
"Why are you making noise in the building?", the 34-year-old is said to have said to his neighbors during the argument between them, which then escalated to the use of knives and hard objects.
The incident happened at the entrance of the building where they live, around 16:15, on "Shyqyri Ishmi" street. Meanwhile, Arben and Marjo Miha, who are in the hospital for medical help, are out of danger.
