A 26-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the Lezha police, after he injured a 22-year-old man, identified as Aleks Laska, with a firearm during a conflict that occurred about a month ago. The blue uniforms report that two of his associates are also under investigation.
Xuljano Frroku, is the author of the event that happened outside the premises of a billiards in Lezhë, on the evening of May 8, 2023, where after a momentary conflict, he wounded a 22-year-old man with a firearm.
One month after the incident, the officers located and arrested the perpetrator. Also, 2 other people were involved in this incident, suspected as accomplices, where during this conflict, they raped the 22-year-old.
For this reason, 29-year-old Leandro Frroku and 27-year-old Agustin Shahini, both residents of Lezhë, have been put under investigation.
The procedural materials were passed to the Lezhë Prosecutor's Office for further action.
