45-year-old Loren Kosta, the person you see in the photo above, was injured today (August 19), after being shot by police officer Erion Goxhara.

It should be noted that Kosta previously worked at KESH, while he currently works at the Energy Regulatory Authority. He received wounds in the lower part of his body, while he is in the Trauma Hospital. 

According to information, police commissioner Erion Goxhara is the son of Xhevdet Goxhara, the brother of Erfane Ruçi (Goxhara), the wife of Gramoz Ruçi.
