"Police, don't move," was the call addressed to Arlind Demushi, at the moment when the Operational Forces, armed with automatic weapons and binoculars, handcuffed the 38-year-old suspected of being the author of the murder of Hajdar Ismailgeci.
The latter lost his life on Thursday evening in the Babrru area, as a result of knife wounds.
The victim and the perpetrator, according to reports, were consuming alcohol, while it is not known how the events that led to the conflict unfolded.
At the time of his arrest, the 38-year-old was found with a bag containing the clothes he had on him when he committed the crime.
The suspected perpetrator was caught in Durrës, in an apartment whose door was forced open.
