A serious incident took place in Tirana, where a 14-year-old boy was taken by force by two men, who then locked him in a car, depriving him of his freedom. The police managed to arrest the two perpetrators, a 59-year-old Çlirim Sina and a 39-year-old Aleksandër Sina.
The incident happened after a fight between the 14-year-old and the 50-year-old's son.
" The services of the Police Station No. 1, after the notification that 2 citizens had forcibly taken a minor citizen in the vehicle, immediately organized the work to catch and bring the suspected perpetrators to legal responsibility. As a result of quick actions and professional of the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 1, the suspected perpetrators, the citizens, have been identified, caught and imprisoned:
Ç. S., 50 years old, resident in Tirana and AS, 36 years old, resident in Përrenjas.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these 2 citizens forcibly took, in their vehicle, a 14-year-old minor citizen, and deprived him of his freedom, keeping him in the vehicle, due to a conflict that the 14-year-old had with the son of citizen Ç. S.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions ," the police announced.
