A 35-year-old man was arrested in Tirana, after raping a 30-year-old man.
The event took place in the area of the former Block in the capital. 35-year-old Gledian Daullçiu was during working hours as a parking lot guard, when he had a conflict with the 30-year-old.
After an argument, the parking guard elbowed 30-year-old Endri Mera in the face, who fell unconscious on the ground. He is charged with attempted murder.
"Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 2 arrested the citizen Gledian Daullçiu., 35 years old, resident in Tirana, (guard in a parking lot in the area of the Former Block), for the criminal offense of "Intentional murder", pending, provided by article 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code.
This citizen is suspected that today, around 06:30, on "Pjetër Bogdani" street, after an argument, he elbowed citizen Endri Mera, 30 years old, in the face, who fell to the ground unconscious and was sent to hospital, where he is currently under the care of doctors", informs the police.
