An Albanian-Colombian criminal group was destroyed by the police of Valencia in Spain, while six people were arrested.
As part of the "BOAN" operation, six people were arrested, among them an Albanian-Colombian woman, suspected of drug trafficking, money laundering, electricity fraud and membership in a criminal organization.
According to Spanish media, the investigation began when the police discovered a garbage container with 36 kg of marijuana.
During the investigation, it was found that the organization had a strong hierarchy, with its leader making monthly trips to London, where he also had his residence.
In the middle of December, five checks were carried out in two apartments, two industrial warehouses. In total, 125 kg of marijuana, a pistol and 4000 euros in cash were found.
In addition, all supplies necessary for the cultivation and production of marijuana. The operation resulted in the arrest of 5 men and one woman, from 41 to 55 years old, of Albanian and Colombian nationality.
They are accused of these crimes against public health, money laundering, membership of a criminal organization and electricity fraud.
