The dramatic footage from the serious event that took place in Përmet, where a 25-year-old fell from a rocky part, has been published. The video shows the moment when the fire brigade intervenes to save the young man.
The event took place in the village of Çarçovo, this morning. The young Dhimitër Vangjeli was trapped in the lower part of the limbs by a rocky part, while he was sleeping.
So, the police forces and the fire service arrived at the scene, and they made it possible to move the rocky mass, while with a shovel and other tools they managed to move the young man from there.
