One of the flagrant cases of property forgery on the coast refers to the individuals Vlash and Gjon Brahja from Biza, who were used by the "Rrumi" criminal group.
Vlash Brahja and his father Gjoni not only acquired land when they did not have any, but also gained about 20 thousand square meters.
The investigative file states that Vlash Brahja, Gjon's son, has property no. 67/4 registered in his name, with an area of 24,000 m2, about which he has declared that he has no knowledge and that he could not benefit from the agricultural land law.
Meanwhile, citizen Gjon Brahja is mentioned during conversations on 'Sky Ecc' between Aleksandër Laho and Vullnet Muçës, as well as a person named Viktor, in connection with the opening of a court process for the return and compensation of properties, in favor of Gjon Brahja. Properties located in the village of Bizë, Durrës.
When questioned by the investigative group, Gjon Brahja stated that he had hired a lawyer, to whom he had given 5 thousand euros, to pursue through the courts the issue of a property he had inherited from his father.
He further said that together with his lawyer, they had headed to the Property Management Agency where he had withdrawn the property documents that his father had submitted years earlier.
But John Brahe could not say where his property was located and how large it was.
Further investigation revealed that it was all a mafia scheme to acquire property through a fictitious person, in this case father and son, Vlash and Gjon Brahja, on the part of Aleksandër Laho.
But it is precisely the conversations conducted on Sky Ecc between 'Rumi' and a person named Viktor that highlight the collaboration between them, as well as the implication of father and son in this affair of alienation of state property.

Sipas grupit hetues del se Vlash Brahja dhe babai i tij Gjoni, me veprime aktive kanë ndihmuar ‘Rrumin’ dhe vëllain e tij Vullnet Muça që të tjetërsojnë pasuri të paluajtshme, të regjistruara mbi bazën e dokumenteve të falsifikuara. Nga ku rezulton e faktuar se Vlash Brahja ka shitur një pasuri ‘Pemëtore’ 13 200 m2.
Babai i tij Gjoni ka pranuar që ‘Rrumi’ dhe vëllai i tij, të përdorin emrin e tij me qëllim regjistrimin e disa pasurive të llojit ‘pyll’, duke fallsifikuar notën e transkriptimit në Radhorin e vitit 1932.
Por që të siguronin këto dokumente të ruajtura brenda Agjencisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës, Aleksandër Lahos, i duheshin me patjetër njerëz të besuar brenda këtij institucioni të cilët i vendosnin përpara regjistrat e arkivës me të cilët ai më pas fillonte nga puna për falsifikimin dhe tjetërsimin e tyre, nëpërmjet ryshfetit.
Përgjimet e Sky Ecc zbardhën komunikimet që i përkasin gushtit të vitit 2020 të cilat zhvillohen midis Aleksandër Lahos dhe vëllait të tij Vullnet Muça u tashmë shqetësimi i tyre është estetik.
Fakti që dokumentat e falsifikuara u kanë ardhur me probleme të kaligrafisë. Çka mund t’u sillte probleme më vazhdim, nëse do kishin një ekspertim të tyre.
Vullneti i dërgon Aleksandër Lahos foton e një flete të një kartele pasurie të ndodhur në fshatin Bizë, në emër të Gj. S, e shitur te një person me mbiemrin Melani.
Në lidhje me këtë kalim pronësie, Vullneti i shkruan Aleksandrit:

‘Rrumi’- Po kartelat i bëmë neve para se t’i fusnim apo jam gabim?
Po çfarë nuk të pëlqen të këto, shkrimi apo ndonjë gjë tjetër?
Vullneti: Po vizën shtremba-shtremba.
Por ndërsa tashmë janë në hall të madh për shkak se kanë mësuar që janë zbuluar në falsfikimet që kanë kryer me pronat shtet, Aleksandër Laho dhe vëllai i tij, kujdesen që tashmë të korruptojnë specialistët që do të merren me ekspertimin dokumenteve që tanimë janë në duart e prokurorisë. Siç është edhe kjo bisedë këtu midis të dyve, ku vetë ‘Rrumi’ ka tentuar të takojë ekspertin e laboratorit që po merret me verifikimin e dokumenteve.
Në lidhje me ekspertimin që Prokuroria e Posaçme i ka bërë dokumenteve të sekuestruara, Vullneti dhe Aleksandri kanë zhvilluar disa biseda midis tyre në platformën Sky Ecc.

"From the analysis of the facts and evidence, we conclude that forged documents were used to register the aforementioned properties with the former ZVRPP Durrës. The persons who forged these documents had information about the properties that were not allocated under Law 7501 'On Land'," the investigative file states.
