New details have emerged from a criminal file, which involved the Court of Tirana in a scandal of manipulation of threatening situations through forged documents.
The main protagonist of this scandal is Arnisa Kelliçi, the former judge of Tirana, who has already been charged by the prosecutor's office of Tirana for the charge of "Forgery of documents" and "Discovering the crime".
Kelliçi has not only deceived her fellow judges, but while she was at the Tirana prosecutor's office to give clarifications about her threat, she staged a second threat in the presence of the prosecutors, as if a threatening message had gone to the children's nanny's phone her.
In the first case, judge Këlliçi staged a strange situation as if a letter arrived from the Fushë-Kruja prison threatened her and her two children's lives.
But after performing 8 calligraphic expertises, it was scientifically proven that Kelliçi had cheated, making a mockery of justice, which provided him with physical protection for 3 months in a row.
Meanwhile, the new details about the second case and the circumstances of this file have been revealed by the journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, according to whom the prosecution of Tirana had smelled the mockery of Arnisa Kelliçi, before the scientific conclusions of the 8 expertises of her writing.
Judge Kelliçi, in the days of January 2024, was invited to the prosecutor's office in Tirana, to give explanations to the judicial police officer and the prosecutor of the case, Deniona Katro.
After the end of the testimony, Arnisa Kelliçi was asked to provide some experimental writing formats on A4 paper, which should be written by her own hand.
Kelliçi has shown that she is ready to give experimental writings, but after writing 2-3 pages, she has shown concern by saying that: "...they just sent a threatening message to the children's nanny's phone...".
At this moment, Judge Këlliçi has presented to the investigative team a serious and shocking situation for her family.
She has stopped the procedure of experimental manuscripts that she was giving to the prosecutor, Katro. Kelliçi took with him the forms completed up to that moment and left, leaving the office.
At the same time, Arnisa Këllçi, who was held as an ace in the Albanian Justice, did not even sign the minutes of the declaration, running away from the stairs of the prosecutor's office, from floor No. 4 to the first floor.
This senseless perversion has been understood by the prosecutor of the case as a genuine scheme to avoid the investigation, raising strong suspicions among the investigative team that Arnisa Kelliçi had fabricated her threat that she was allegedly a prisoner from Fushë-Kruja.
In the meantime, in order to prove the fact that Judge Kelliçi was present in this investigative procedure developed at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, the data printed from the camera system of the institution were extracted, where judge Kelliçi, the service employee who accompanies her, the officer of the delegated judicial police as well as the prosecutor of the case.
Even to carry out verifications on the second threat, related to the messages that had arrived on the children's nanny's phone, the prosecutor and the officer went to her apartment to offer help for the situation, as well as to carry out investigative actions regarding the threat received.
But once again the judge Arnisa Kelliçi has locked herself in her apartment, not being cooperative and has not allowed further investigative actions to be carried out.
This whole situation convinced the prosecutors that Kelliçi was not really threatened, but the judge had trapped the Albanian judiciary, mocking not only her colleagues but also the Supreme Judicial Council, which imposed 3 months of physical protection Judge Kelliçi.
She received extraordinary protagonism and support from the institutions, blaming the threat on two innocent people, prosecutor Adriano Dyrmish and former judge Arben Mickaj.
In her testimony, Këlliçi claimed that the threatening letter in the envelope that arrived from Fushë-Kruja prison could have been inserted by the prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi, since according to her on January 16, 2024, when she saw the letter in her office, Dyrmishi was present .
This letter was inserted in the envelope sent to the court by a detainee who was in the process of trial in file No. 90 in the court of Tirana and through the letter in the envelope, he requested the postponement of the judicial process.
The judge removed the letter from the detainee of Fushë-Kruja and put in his envelope, the letter he wrote himself, raising the alarm that he was threatened.
"...Dear Arnisa. You have two children ….. and ….. Think about them! How can you live, and not them, and this is heavy. With respect..." - says the letter written by the judge herself.
The case of Arnisa Këlliç is now in the trial process in the Court of Durrës, while the investigation carried out during these months failed to reveal the reasons and causes that influenced the "madness" of the Tirana judge./ Ora News
