The appearance of criminal conversations in the "SKY" application has shaken the confidence of the witnesses of the SPAK Special Prosecution, including the main suspect, Nuredin Dumani.
In the investigative files "Metamorfoza", where the criminal group of Behar Bajri (Kapedani) was hit in Shkodër and the second file, where SPAK hit the group of Ervin Mata (Boli), protagonist in "Providing the means to commit murder" in the form of Nuredin Dumani also appears in the structured criminal group.
It is learned that in the first case, SPAK's repentant Nuredin Dumani, was involved in making an agreement to commit crimes, with Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri and Behar Bajri.
While in the second case, Dumani made an agreement with Bujar Gërzmizin and Sandër Baho alias "Sakati", to kill Lulzim Masha and a construction businessman in the city of Lezha.
In some cases, Gërmizi has even been the person who helped Dumani to enter and exit without problems at the border crossing point "Morina", during the period when he was wanted by the police.
These conversations, which were administered by SPAK through two French and Belgian letter orders, have shown that not all crimes and plans to commit murders were revealed by the prosecutor's repentant Nuredin Dumani.
Due to his not confessing honestly, Duman risks losing the status of an accomplice, just like the other two repentants, Henrik Hoxhaj and Klevis Alla, lost in June-July 2023.
In the file "Metamorfoza" it is shown that the murder of Dorian Duli was among the primary tasks of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër. Duli was regarded by them as a potent and dangerous friend of the Lici family, who could use him against members of the "Bajri" group.
In a conversation held in February 2021, between Nuredin Duman and Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri, the latter asks Duman for a meeting in Albania, with the aim of talking face to face about this work.
Bajrat got in touch and entered into negotiations with two other names, such as Nuredin Dumani and Aleksandër Baho (Sakatin). Through Bardhyl Mavraj, Bajrat sent a message to Nuredin Dumani that the payment for Duli's head was 200 thousand euros.
In order to make sure, Nuredin Dumani tells Bardhyl Mavraj that: "... I will finish Dori, whatever you want to tell me... I won't put a price on it, but you can see for yourself...".
On the other hand, Mavraj explains to Nuredin Duman the reasons why they want to kill Dori, as well as determines the limit of money he offers for Duli's execution.
"...Brother Dori, he has done us no harm or anything that he wants, and we have him with us, but it's not that he cares about us at all. It's just that we met ours, and for this reason, I'm sorry. To be honest, it's not worth it, but we don't pay more than 200 for Dori..." - says Bardhyl to Mavraj.
Further during this date, Dumani and Mavraj talk about getting a car, a car for Nuredin Dumani, and after discussing the car at the end of the conversation, Nuredin Dumani sends the messages: "...I'll cut you off... don't worry. ..ok brain, brother...don't worry....nothing...".
In order to commit the murder, Dumani had also activated Aleksandër Bahon, who would secure the car and at the same time ambush Dorian Dulin. "Sakati" is a character who appears in "Sky" communications, as he talks with Duman to kill Lulzim Masha in Tirana.
The ambush would be carried out after "Sakati" had given lunch to Dorian Dulit. This shows that there was previous acquaintance between Duli and Aleksandër Baho.
According to the conversations, by using this recognition, Sakati has the opportunity to approach Duli and implement Nuredin Duman's plan. In a conversation between "Sakat" and Duman, he tells him:
"...I'm thinking about this brother, insert what you say here. But it is normal that the state will investigate and see that he was here and came out of here. And I broke somewhere else, normally the cameras will watch and I will be the main suspect...".
Next, "Sakati" reveals to Duman a plan to call Dorian Dulin to lunch and kill him there while eating bread, putting the amount of tritol inside the car.
"...but I was thinking of calling him for lunch somewhere else and taking me there, but one of these should be found, don't be scared, don't be afraid. That would be better, what do you say, brother? ...it would be better if I take them somewhere for lunch and if I get the chance, I'll put my finger on it..."
Nuredin Dumani (Alcatraz), has not given up his plan to kill Duli, through a remote-controlled explosion with 3 kg of tritol that would be put inside his car.
It also appears in the file that Nuredin Dumani has not indicated other persons who, as it appears in "SKY", made an agreement to commit the murder of businessman Lulzim Masha.
For this incident SPAK, based on the testimony given by Dumani, SPAK has only prosecuted Skerdi Tasin, Henrik Hoxha, Suel Çelës and Nuredin Dumanin, as suspected perpetrators of the attempted murder of the owner of the "Willson" school.
While in the conversations held on "SKY", Nuredin Dumani appears to talk about this murder with Bujar Gërmiz and Aleksandër Baho alias "Sakatin". Baho even visits him in Kosovo, with the sole purpose of discussing the murder of Lulzim Masha./ Ora News
