When more than 1 year has passed since the cooperation agreement dated March 30, 2022, between the prosecutor of Elbasan, Kreshnik Ajazi, and the repentant Henrik Hoxhaj, the Special Prosecutor's Office has decided to throw away the minutes of Hoxhaj's testimony. .
Now this agreement that you see in this photo, has been unilaterally "torn up" by SPAK, considering the first repentant of the "Dumani" file, Henrik Hoxhaj, as not honest and trustworthy.
With the revocation of the cooperation agreement, Hoxhaj automatically loses the privileges he gained in exchange for confessing without gloves to the prosecutor's office, as well as police security for the 9 members of his family in Fier. If he is found guilty, he risks being sentenced to 35 to life imprisonment.
Contacted on the phone by "Ora News", Hoxhaj's lawyer, Gentian Rumano, claimed that this was an unfair decision of SPAK, which he and his client did not agree on, since according to him, SPAK got what it wanted from Hoxhaj and then kicked him out of the co-op program.
Henrik Hoxhaj himself is aware of the termination of the agreement on July 5, 2023. While at the end of the document, Hoxhaj writes that:
"...I got acquainted with the decision with which I do not agree... the reservations claimed by PPKKO are not based on evidence and law. For this reason, we will present claims later, addressed to your institution…”.
The two arrestees who bluffed Henrik Hoxhaj's testimony are Nuredin Dumani alias "Kusho" and Skerdi Tasi alias "Nipçja". Both of these people accuse Hoxhaj of serious crimes in Fier and Durrës.
Although his position in these crimes has been compromised with DNA analysis, photos, videos and the testimony of two close friends, Hoxhaj still refused to speak, denying them or showing them in another version that does not correspond to reality and the true dynamics of the occurrence of crime.
"Ora News" has learned that the first point on which SPAK is based for breaking the agreement between prosecutor Kreshnik Ajazi and Henrik Hoxhaj, is the murder of Ervi Dedaj in the area of Golem Kavajë.
SPAK states that Henrik Hoxhaj has refused to testify regarding the actions of the co-investigator Fetsim Qoli and their involvement in the murder of Elvis Dedaj, which happened on June 5, 2012 on the Plepa-Golem secondary road.
Nuredin Dumani and Skerdi Tasi have spoken about this crime that Hoxhaj does not talk about, who have shown that Henrik Hoxhaj and Festim Qoli are the two people who killed Elvis Dedaj, because of the conflicts that Qoli and Elvisi had about debts.
