There is no end to miracles in Tirana, after the serious incident where the doctor Dervish Hasi had intercourse with a 14-year-old woman whom he considered his fourth 'wife', another unusual situation has occurred today.
A 35-year-old man was arrested by the Tirana police, after being accused of keeping his mother, wife and daughter locked up at home.
According to the police, every time he left, he forbade communication with other people, as well as exerting physical and psychological violence, on a continuous basis, against his wife.
It is about the 35-year-old Jetnor Zhabolli.
The police informs that every time Zhabolli left the apartment, he monitored them with cameras and blocked the phone waves, not allowing them to communicate with any person.
"Thanks to the timely response of the services of the Police Station No. 1, in cooperation with the Section for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the Protection of Minors, in DVP Tirana, a possible criminal event in a family is prevented.
He kept his mother, his wife and his minor daughter locked up in the apartment, every time he left, forbidding communication with other people, as well as he used physical and psychological violence, on a continuous basis, against his wife, he was caught and put in the 35-year-old handcuffed.
Services of Police Station No. 1, in cooperation with the Section for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the Protection of Minors in the DVP Tirana, after receiving information that a citizen was continuously abusing his wife, as well as keeping her, his mother and his daughter, every time he left the apartment, they immediately organized the work for the complete legal documentation of the case, and putting the suspected author before the criminal responsibility.
As a result, thanks to the timely response of the services of Police Station No. 1, the citizen J. Zh., 35 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested.
From the investigative actions carried out, it was found that the 35-year-old man was constantly abusing his wife, who he kept locked up in the apartment, together with their mother and their minor daughter.
Also, from the performed verifications, it was found that every time the 35-year-old left the apartment, he monitored them with cameras and blocked the phone waves, not allowing them to communicate with any person.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further procedural actions", the police announcement states.
