Migrant traffic from Tirana to the EU, the photo of the two organizers is published

Today, 15 people have been arrested for helping immigrants illegally cross the border

Meanwhile, the photos of two of the 15 arrested, who are suspected of being the organizers of this traffic, have been published.

They are Ahmed Kensowa and Mohamad Alfahek from the Middle East who, according to the police, were the organizers of this traffic and directed it from Tirana.

The director of Tirana's police appeared in a media conference where he gave the details of the coded operation "Damascus" undertaken after 12 months of investigations since 2023, together with the Prosecutor's Office.

24 suspects were investigated, of which 15 were arrested and 19 of them with the measure of "prison arrest".

5 were arrested earlier and 4 are still wanted. Among the suspects, 3 are foreign citizens, Egyptian and Syrian.
