The Berat Prosecution Office forwarded to SPAK three phones belonging to Arben Isufaj, otherwise known as Ben Qimja, for which the Special Prosecution Office is requested to conduct an expertise.

Journalist Anila Hoxha reports that, citing sources, the phones were found in Isufaj's apartment after searches due to investigations that suspect him of threatening the judge.

Meanwhile, SPAK has requested more time to examine the telephones and therefore the deadlines for the investigation, which mentions that Judge Vladimir Cjapi was allegedly threatened in February 2025.

Along with the judge who was previously friends with Isufaj at the time, the police also took into custody a notary who in this case is also the informant.
