The Russian, Ignor Kokunov, who was arrested in Albania, is wanted by the authorities of his country after accusations of links with mafia groups.
In the file published by Top Channel, it is learned that the 60-year-old held the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. With a decision of the court in Russia, he was found guilty of this criminal offense, where he was sentenced to imprisonment as follows:
- By the decision of the court of the city of Podolsk in the Moscow region dated 05.10.1979 he was declared guilty of committing the criminal offense according to paragraph 2 of article 144 of the Criminal Code 18;
- He was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 2 years, with the serving of the sentence in a penal colony education-employment of the general regime;
- By the court's decision, he was found guilty for committing the crime, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 4 years, with the serving of the sentence in a general regime education-employment penal colony;
- By the court's decision, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 4 years, serving his sentence in a strict regime in the penal colony of education-employment.
- The giving of the final sentence is deprivation of liberty for a period of 5 years, with the execution of the sentence in the above-mentioned places.
The 60-year-old was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment and confiscation of property, while he was asked to serve his sentence in a strict education-employment penal colony in Russia. Wanting to avoid this punishment, he crossed the fence in the environment where he was and escaped. He had to serve the sentence for 7 years. Previously, despite the fact that he should have been in the premises of the regime determined by the Russian courts, Ignor Kokunov was not convinced and that he tried to occupy an important place in the criminal hierarchy.
He worked to create connections with the person of the crime, to make it possible to achieve the goal. Having created a criminal reputation for himself, the 60-year-old has tried to commit himself as much as possible to occupy a leadership position in crime.
