4 Albanians were arrested by the Greek police as they were part of a structured criminal group. They carried out the activity of supplying, storing, counterfeiting, standardizing and trafficking narcotics on the island of Santorini in Greece and mainly in night clubs on the island during the summer months.

Charges were brought against the members for founding and membership in a criminal organization, violation of the legislation on narcotics, violation of the legislation on weapons and violence against employees.

The criminal network was hierarchically structured with a professional infrastructure and had drawn up a methodical and detailed plan of action, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of all phases of the activity (supply, storage, counterfeiting, standardization and trafficking) for the maximum benefit big.

The Albanians Sulo Tahaj, 26 years old and his brother Genci Tahaj, 30 years old from Fieri, Fatmir Caushaj 36 years old from Tirana, Renson Marra, 24 years old from Kuçova and the Ukrainian citizen Anastasiya Ivanichenko, 30 years old, currently detained in Corydhalo. Hekuran Gremi, 29 years old from Patos, was declared wanted, and work is being done to identify 16 other people.

The roles of the members of the organization were divided as follows:

26-year-old Sulo Tahaj was the leader of the organization, responsible for the complete orientation of the other members for the transport of drugs from Athens to Santorini, standardization and storage of quantities in secret places on the island for their completion with distribution in nightclubs in island or to other traffickers.

30-year-old Genci Tahaj was deputy manager, actively participating in the management and organization of the group with a focus on managing its income and expected benefits.

36-year-old Fatmir Caushaj assumed the responsibilities of the leader and vice-president of the organization when the Tahaj brothers were in Albania.

30-year-old Anastasiya Ivanchenko was responsible for transporting drugs from Athens to Santorini.

24-year-old Renson Marra was responsible for finding the narcotics and "recruiting" the organization's carriers.

After the checks, the police found and seized 336 grams of cocaine, 2 kg 43 grams of marijuana, 295 Ecstasy tablets, 1 pistol, 60 cartridges, 1 knife, 24,890 euros, 9,050 Uruguayan pesos, 182 US dollars, 100 Australian dollars, 5 British pounds. .

It is known that some members worked in the transport of tourists with van-type vehicles and were taking advantage of this activity to look for customers.

From the consideration of all the data of the investigation, it is estimated that the profits made by the organization exceed 102,000 euros.

The arrested were sent to the Naxos District Prosecutor's Office.
