Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Behar Brajović have appealed the decision of the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime, which on February 24 sentenced them to prison.
They are accused of the murder of Fatbardh Lici, an event that occurred on August 10, 2018 in Shkodra. They are charged with premeditated murder, committed in the special form of collaboration, that of a structured criminal group, a structured criminal group and the commission of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group.
From the investigations, according to SPAK, evidence has been collected that Safet, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali planned, organized and carried out the murder of Fatbardh Lici, a relative of citizen Ibrahim Lici, on August 10, 2018 in the city of Shkodra.
The motive for his murder is suspected to be related, among other things, to the attribution that Behar Bajri makes to Ibrahim Lici for the murder of his acquaintance.
