After extradition from Great Britain, the Special Court has remanded Edison Muçeku in prison, suspected of providing conditions for an assassination.
This Monday, prosecutor Alfred Shehu read before the court the evidence collected for the 34-year-old as part of the "Revanshi" file, where 7 criminal groups were targeted.
Muçek, suspected of attempting to assassinate Hamza Terziu, was part of one of these groups.
According to SPAK, Edison Muçeku, along with Hektor Xheçuka, another wanted person, are accused of firing a gun at an apartment in Bulqizë e Terziu on May 21, 2020.
The revelation of the incident was made possible thanks to the dismantling of the "Sky Eç" platform, where the conversations and involvement of individuals in the crime were revealed.
SPAK undertook an operation together with Europol and in May of last year they intervened in several cities together with 30 investigators and police forces.
Investigative actions were carried out in the cities of Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodra, Lezha, Rrëshen, Kurbin, Fushë-Krujë and Krujë, where several arrest warrants were issued.
