The autopsy of 14-year-old Aurora Tila of Albanian origin, who died in Piacenza, Italy on October 25, 2024, is released, where she was suspected of committing suicide by jumping from a terrace.
Italian media reports that the autopsy report suggests that the minor was pushed, as there were injuries to her skull.
While her doctor, Giovanni Cechetto, has stated that the wounds Aurora received are not consistent with a suicide.
"The injuries she had are not consistent with suicide," said coroner Giovanni Cechetto.
The suspect in the 14-year-old's murder is believed to be her 15-year-old ex-boyfriend, who is currently in prison, charged with intentional murder. This suspicion has been reinforced by the autopsy report, which confirms that the minor was pushed by him.
Witnesses to the incident said that Aurora tried to hold on to the window railing to escape, but the 15-year-old hit her in the hands, causing her to fall and die.
