The cause of the suicide of 17-year-old Irsa Muçollari, a 10th grade student at "Siri Shapllo" high school, remains a mystery.
The serious incident occurred on February 10, while the first clue that was hinted at that could have pushed the minor towards suicide was bullying.
But 17 days after the incident, the Gjirokastra Prosecution Office has ruled it out as a possible motive. Regarding the serious incident, the prosecution has questioned over 30 people, including the parents, relatives, teachers and friends of the 17-year-old. Referring to the investigations, the prosecution has ruled out the possibility of bullying, while the victim's phone is expected to be decrypted in the hope that the conversations may shed light on what happened.
It is also reported that the Prosecution has dismissed allegations that the letter found in the 17-year-old's apartment was a farewell letter. Investigations and verifications have revealed that the letter was a school assignment in English, which the girl completed while she was a student in the 9-year system.
The prosecution has also included two school psychologists in the investigation.
Referring to the investigations so far, the girl's emotional state in the last days of her life is also being verified, as from the evidence collected, she had a change in behavior.
