In the trial held at the Special Court, the repentant justice minister, Nuredin Dumani, revealed his accomplices and recounted the criminal episodes he committed together with them.
Regarding the murder of Emiljano Ramazan in Elbasan in July 2020, Dumani stated that he had information about the latter's movements. The justice minister also indicated that Erion Alibeaj sent him photos of Ramazan on the SKY application.
He told the jury that in the summer of 2020, they had a long list of names to kill.
"In the first meeting I had with Erjon Alibej for more than 2-3 hours, we drew up a list of people. After I had found out that Talo Çela was going to kill us, and we decided with Erjon to strike, I told him we would strike from Durrës.
"I had information that Dorian Shkoza was watching me to kill me. We would start the executions from Durrës then in Elbasan," said Dumani.

Lawyer: Who decided to kill Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj?
Nuredin Dumani: After we left Durrës, we had several names to kill, in the summer of 2020. There were many names to kill. There was no queue, anyone who went out on the street would be killed. Emiljano Ramazan was easier for us to kill and he was killed.
Lawyer: When you stayed with Erjon, were those who received information Albanians?
Nuredin Dumani: Eljo gave me information, while Alibej had informants himself. Ramazan worked at a gym near the house, we had information about the entrances and exits. Alibej sent me photos with the SKY application. I also had an entrance in Elbasan. Alibej spoke directly with the informant, Xhuljan Hoxha. Xhuljan took photos, brought information. I met Xhuljan in 2021.
Lawyer: Did you have photos of Bujar Çela during the surveillance?
Nuredin Dumani: He was bringing Erjon Alibej to SKY. Xhuljan Hoxha was paid by Erjon Alibej for the information he provided. Once, Erjon told me that he gave Xhuljano 20 thousand euros, but I was not present.
