
New details have been revealed from the injury of the Albanian in Athens.
Renis Fajzolli, who was wounded by a gunshot this morning, turns out to be a person with a previous criminal record. According to Greek media, the 34-year-old Albanian was arrested in 2019 for drug and theft charges.
It is learned that the incident happened in a park in the Votanikos area of the Greek capital, while he was waiting to meet a person. The 34-year-old Albanian asked for help and was sent to a hospital, where he is being treated for the wound he received in the abdomen.
According to the information, the perpetrators were in a car, when they approached the 34-year-old Albanian, shooting him 3 times.
In the meantime, investigations continue to clarify the incident and arrest the perpetrators.
Previously, Fajzolli told the doctors that he was shot with a pistol and that he did not know the perpetrators. According to 'Protothema', three 9 mm caliber cartridges were found in the place where the crime took place.
