The details of the serious event in Peqin prison are clarified. It is known that it reflected a conflict between 3 prisoners, where there were also gunshots.
According to sources, Sokol Mjacaj, Ilir Xhakja and Arben Lleshi, all three sentenced to life imprisonment, were involved in the collision. It is known that Sokol Mjacaj injured Ilir Xhakjan and Arben Lleshi. It is not yet known how Mjacaj got the gun into the cell, since even the guards inside do not carry weapons.
Sokol Mjaçaj has been convicted by the court as the perpetrator of the murder of two Czech tourists, Michael Svatos, 27 years old, and Anna Kosinova, 36 years old, with the intention of robbing their off-road vehicle. This event happened in July 2015, in the area of Dukagjin, in Shkodër.
While Ilir Xhakja has a long criminal career. Ilir Xhakja was first arrested in 1994, after shooting a gun in the bar of Qerim Maloku, in the village of Sukth, where he was later released.
The same weapon casings found at the crime scene correspond to those found at the crime scene of the murder of citizens Gentian Gjoka and Petrit Lyti in 1998, in the village of Hamallaj, an event that has remained undetected.

In March 2003, Ilir Xhakja and others killed citizen Rudin Shahini from Sukth village in Sallmone, to take revenge after he was released from prison after he had killed his uncle, Hamdi (Arbeni's father). During this event, an arsenal of different types of weapons was confiscated and experts came to the conclusion that one of the weapons was used in the murder of Qerim Malok in 1998. This event is also undetected.
All members are suspected of being involved in women, drugs and arms trafficking, both in Albania and Italy.
While Arben Lleshi was extradited in 2016 from Britain, where he was sentenced to 32 years in prison for the murder of a compatriot, an event that happened a few years ago.
He is the author of the murder of Agim Hoxha, on April 10, 2012. The British media wrote then that Hoxha was killed in an apartment in the English city of Southampton, and then his body was burned in a "Mercedes Benz" car.
Lleshi's brother, 39-year-old Afrim Lleshi, was also sentenced to prison for this incident, who admitted before the court that he cooperated in exterminating the victim's body.
