New details have emerged from the SPAK operation, in which the former head of the police, Erzen Breçani, and the chief of crimes at police station number 6, Dedan Gjoni, were captured, along with many others.
According to the information, two of those arrested by SPAK for participation in a criminal group, Bujar Germizi and Besmir Mustafi, collaborated with the Chief of Crimes at police station number 6, Dedan Gjoni, in the attempt to kill 2 brothers who live in Great Britain.
According to the information, the two brothers who wanted to kill are Albert and Edmond Nela, and it is suspected that the reason was the conflict over the trafficking of narcotics.
We remind you that Dedan Gjoni is accused of 'Trafficking in narcotics', 'Structured criminal group', 'Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group', 'Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder' and ' Power abuse'.
" For committing the criminal offense of "Trafficking in narcotics", in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group (of an amount of 150 kg of narcotics of the cannabis sativa type from Spain to Germany on 03.11.2020), "The group of structured criminal" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by article 283/a-28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Penal Code.
For committing the criminal offense of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group (to the detriment of the citizen Albert and Edmond Nela), "Structured criminal group" and "Committing offenses within the framework of the structured criminal group", provided by article 80-28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Penal Code. c. For committing 104 crimes of "Abuse of duty" , it is stated in the file.
