Who is the "Visi i Poja" who appears in the Italians' file...
The image of Elvis Doçi, the most talked about name in the media today, is revealed for the first time.
SPAK and the Italian authorities carried out an operation today, mainly in Durrës, targeting the Troplini group. Among the most important names in the file is Elvis Doçi, known as “Visi i Pojës”, the nephew of Xhevdet Troplini, known as “Poja”. But even though the operation was sensational, Elvis Doçi has not been arrested.
But who is "Visi i Poja"?
Until now, there has been no image of him and only now has his identity card been made public, where his generalship and photo are given. Meanwhile, details regarding the figure of Elvis Doçi are revealed in the Italian file.
The authorities have managed to document his involvement in an episode of drug trafficking of 8 kg of cocaine in Italy, a load trafficked on behalf of the group linked to Adi Çoba, who is also one of the leaders of the group. Everything has been documented by the testimony of the repentant justice Niuredin Dumani, but also through environmental wiretaps of some of the members involved in this group.
An intercepted conversation in the Opel vehicle between Erigels Presi, Gerti Aliu and Genci Telollari, during which the latter asks about the contacts and agreements that had been reached in Albania with drug suppliers.
"So what did they tell you... who did you talk to just now?"
In this case, Gerti Aliu had mentioned Visi i Pojas as the person who could send the drugs to Italy, through a courier who would travel by ferry on the Vlora - Brindisi line:
"That guy who takes it out of BRINDISI with the ferry (...) he works for Visi of Poja... (...) Turi had to take it out with this... he, Turi with the mustache (...) Visi of POJA also works with this, because he told me: he will give it to SERGIO and I told him: <
(Fragment from the intercepted conversation):
GERTI: "What can I do... people have become... this is not his fault... people have become especially... homosexuals...
GENCI: "I'll get everyone in line... just a little patience."
TELOLLARI: "What's wrong with you... who did you talk to just now? You told me <>."
GERTI: "This is the guy who takes it out."
TELOLLARI: "Yes."
GERTI: "That guy who takes her out of BRINDISI by ferry... (expletive)..."
TELOLLARI: "Yes."
GERTI: "This one works for Visi i Poja... this one works for others... only this one works..."
TELOLLARI: "Yes."
GERTI: "With this, Turi should have brought it out... him, Turi with the mustache..."
Të tjera referenca për kapacitetin kriminal të grupit ku bënte pjesë “VISI i POJËS” kanë dalë në dritë me rastin e përgjimit të një bisede tjetër, të zhvilluar mes Erigels Presit dhe Gerti Aliut, gjatë takimit mes tyre më 28.10.2021 në Durrës.
Më pas hyn "në lojë" edhe Nureidn Dumani, i cili e tregon Visin e Pojës si një eksponent të lartë në kontekstin kriminal, duke i bashkangjiur edhe xhaxhanë e tij, Xhevdet Troplinin, i cili njihet ndryshe si "Poja".
"Visin e Pojës mund ta identifikoj shumë mirë. Visi është një negociator shumë i mirë për trafikun e heroinës. Pastaj në vitin 2013 ai la heroinën dhe filloi kokainën. Të gjithë e quajnë Visi di Poja. Poja është Xhevdet Troplini", tha Dumani.

DOCI Elvis, i njohur si "Visi di Poja", u identifikua si: përdorues i SKY PIN "BCB940" dhe "C3289B" për qasje në platformën e koduar SKY ECC (e fituar me O.E.I. n.2/23 Reg. Rog. Aktiv i 03.05.2023).
U zbulua se DOCI Elvis po përdorte PIN CODE "BCB940", i cili zëvendësoi, duke filluar nga nga 11.06.2020, me KODIN PIN "C3289B". Rrethana doli në pah më 06.10.2020, kur duke përdorur PIN-in “BCB940” i dërgoi përdoruesit një seri mesazhesh në italisht (jo i identifikuar) i PIN L78ID9, me të cilin ai e informoi atë për PIN-in e ri C3289B që zëvendësonte atë në përdorim, me të cilin ai do të kishte zhvilluar bisedat pasuese:
"Përshëndetje (...) Ju ftova (...) Nga kjo adresë (...) С3289B".
Mesazhet e dërguara të nesërmen kishin përmbajtje të ngjashme. 11.06.2020, në gjuhën shqipe, nga i njëjti PIN BCB940 në PIN UKFF3B:
“Doja t'ju dërgoja ftesa nga telefoni tjetër meqenëse ky është përfunduar (...) ja ku është së shpejti (...) С3289B (...) kjo është"
Në lidhje me atribuimin e përdorimit të dy PIN-eve SKY të lartpërmendura (BCB940 dhe C3289B) te DOCI Elvis
të quajtur "Visi di Poja", së pari duhet t'i referohemi disa mesazheve nga të cilat doli në pah se Përdoruesi i PIN C3289B u tregua me emrin VISI (shkurtim për Elvis). Në këtë kuptim, në datë 7.7.2020, disa javë pasi kishte ndryshuar PIN-in, me qëllimin e qartë për t'u njohur nga bashkëbiseduesi i tij (përdorues i PIN-it THAI8J), tregoi inicialin e emrit të tij (Visi): "Unë jam V me të cilin po flet".
Për më tepër, nga shkëmbimi i disa mesazheve midis përdoruesi i PIN 5PNNS9 dhe përdoruesit e PIN-eve DFEF3F dhe C3289B, doli që ky i fundit u tregua pikërisht si "Visi", një anëtar i familjes kriminale të kryesuar nga
TROPLINI Xhevdet (i quajtur “Poja”).
In particular, it refers to the exchange of messages recorded between August 31 and September 1, 2020, from which it essentially emerged that the user PIN 5PNNS9 (as will be seen identified in NDERJAKU Ekil) was mediating an exchange of communications between C3289B (DOCI Elvis) and DFEF3F (unidentified at this time). In particular,
on 08/31/2020, at 09:56, PIN C3289B contacted PIN 5PNNS9, simply writing, translated from Albanian, "good morning". The purchase of the conversation did not allow in this case to read any response message from PIN 5PNNS9, however on the same day.
Starting at 20:40, the latter wrote to PIN DFEF3F, clearly referring to the fact that he had met with VISI di Poja a little while ago, with whom he had spoken about an issue that concerned him, about which he would have told him the next day: "Now that I was with Vis, I spoke (...) Poj (...) On your word since I had spoken to Shokun (...) let alone bring it up again, tomorrow".
II The next day, September 1, 2020, starting at 3:45 PM. PIN user C3289B
He asked for news on PIN 5PNNS9: "friend, what have you been up to" and, following up. he asked him to join him
as soon as possible, so that we could talk in person: "Okay, when you have time, come and let's talk a little (...) okay (...) I'll be there".
A few hours later, between 19:55 and 20:05, a conversation took place between users PIN.
DFEF3F and pin 5PNNS9, during which the latter reported that he was ready to meet with "VISI". In fact, to the question "How are you, friend... have you spoken to VISI again?".
He replied: "I'm going there now ... he already wrote to me at lunchtime (...)". Such references, in view of the conversation that took place both the previous day and that early afternoon with the user of PIN C3289B, with whom he had in fact agreed to meet, prompt one to attribute the latter's identity to the aforementioned "VISI".
Furthermore, less than an hour later, PIN user 5PNNS9 wrote back to PIN DFEF3F reporting the outcome of the meeting with "VISI" and "PO" (POJA): "We explained, "friend, you lifted a huge burden off my shoulders!" VISI and PO told me... "Since we have been very worried all this time"".
After it was established that the user of PIN C3289B was called VISI, further information was gathered. Elements that have allowed us to trace the identity with certainty to that of the Albanian DOCI citizen Elvis called "Visi di Poja".
