Director Budina talks about the artist Mirush Kabashi: Example, he worked

The well-known and beloved actor Mirush Kabashi died today at the age of 75, leaving behind a rich artistic work. But in addition to being a great artist, in the eyes of his colleagues, he was also an equally great man, who never knew how to rest, but modestly worked until the end of his life.

Director Robert Budina told "Euronews Albania" that Mirush Kabashi never chose to play the role of a great artist, but he worked until the last day, giving himself to the things he believed in.

"Mirushi had a distrust of the way politics was done in Albania and he was very careful because he did not want his model of man to be used in a political sense and to create the image of a man who is used by politics. He wanted to give himself with flesh and soul to a thing he believed in, he was not spared. Mirushi did not become a great artist, he was a man who worked, sought and helped.

It's a slightly different example of artists who definitely want to put themselves on a pedestal. Naturally, work puts them on a pedestal. Mirushi was one of these people who really wanted to help make things better. There was a disillusionment with politics, but this did not prevent him from putting his engaged art at the service of the citizens until the end. His work "The True Apology of Socrates" is one of the most unique works in the art of democracy ," said Robert Budina.
