Agron Gjekmarkaj, political leader of the Democratic Party for the Lezha Region, in the May 11 elections, considers the list of the 'Greater Albania' coalition to be comprehensive.
On the show 'Kjo Javë', Gjekmarkaj said that the DP has very representative lists that intertwine history with the future of the DP, that intertwine the layers of those who have always stood, youth, women, the intellectual world, and above all, has brought integrity to the lists with which it presents itself to Albania on May 11.
Gjekmarkaj also focused on the fact that Ervin Salianji, who is in Fier prison, will not be part of the competition on May 11.
"The biggest surprise for me is the absence of Salianj, who has been taken hostage by injustice, power, and is being held in Fier prison where he should have been as a political leader in the Elbasan region as an asset of the DP, but the citizens will take revenge on May 11 by voting for the injustices ," he said.
One of the names that sparked reactions due to the fact that she was missing from the closed lists of the DP, but was placed on the open lists, was Jorida Tabaku. Gjekmarkaj said that according to him, Tabaku will be the surprise of these elections in terms of the number of votes a candidate will receive.
" Tabaku is a personality of the DP, an intellectual lady, a dignified representative of Tirana. The calculations that the leader of the DP has made in relation to the allies have made the closed list difficult, when for me Tabaku deserved to be, but she is not afraid of challenges.
"The secret for me will be the surprise of the votes a candidate will receive ," he said.
