Why is Rama turning into a dictator like Turkmenistan's Niyazov?!

Prime Minister Edi Rama is starting to become like Saparmurat Niyazov, the famous leader of Turkmenistan.

The statement was made by journalist Ferdinand Dervishi, who has shown how Rama, like Niyazov, is throwing "donkey brains" at the citizens. The latter has gone so far as to exchange the names of the months with those of his family members. While according to Dervish, the socialist electorate does the same thing that Rama does.

He took as an example the results of the Euronews Barometer, where the vast majority of socialists value SPAK. According to him, the results are identical to what their leader, Edi Rama, says.

" The government's support for SPAK is a lie, it is for the benefit of the leader. In a word, I see that the desire of the political leader is reflected in the electorate. We have 60 percent of the opposition who do not like him, we have the SP electorate who, in the same numbers, like him and support him. And the fact that someone else's wish is reflected in the electorate makes us a miserable people. We are such a miserable people that our leader is telling us strange things. I want to make a comparison in the world case. He is a character, he was the leader of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov.

He was in power for 21 years, 1985-2006. So powerful did he feel and so much did he throw donkey's brains at his people, that he put the names of his family members on the months of the year. Look how the case is repeated with a prime minister who has been in power for 12 years. He has deformed the world-known phraseological expression: "Fish stinks from the head". Jo says, that fish stinks from the tail. They are the ones eating pears behind me. Look at what the people think our leader has and it's true. This is the big problem ," he said.

Who is Saparmurat Atayevich Niyazov? He was a dictator until his death. He was the First Secretary of the Turkmen Communist Party from 1985 to 1991. He continued to rule Turkmenistan for 15 years after independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.

Turkmen media referred to him using the title, "His Excellency". He promoted a cult of personality around himself and imposed his personal eccentricities on the country, such as renaming months and days after references in his autobiography 'Ruhnama'.

He made the Ruhnama compulsory reading in schools, universities and government organizations; new government employees were tested in job interviews and the book was part of the driver's test in Turkmenistan. In 2005, he closed all rural libraries and hospitals outside the capital Ashgabat, in a country where at the time more than half the population lived in rural areas, once declaring: "If people are sick, they can go in Ashgabat". / Pamphlet
